“When people mention chiropractic to me, I always end up chattering passionately about how chiropractic changed my life. In reality, it was Dr. Aixa who did that! It’s no exaggeration to say that my life, as it is today, is happier, healthier than it ever was before I met Dr. Aixa, and we even have a plus one that I absolutely credit to the changes we made to our lifestyle beginning with our chiropractic journey.

I first saw Dr. Aixa shortly after moving to Miami, I had a twinge in my mid back that had been bothering me and my then fiancé (now husband) suggested I see a chiropractor. Honestly, chiropractic isn’t widely practiced in the U.K., where I’m originally from, so I didn’t know much about it. I liked Dr. Aixa immediately. She explained everything to me from A to Z, in such a friendly and approachable way. I felt like she genuinely cared and wanted to help me get rid of my pain, but there was more to it that that. She asked me questions about my overall health that I never expected. She really wanted to get a sense of all of my health concerns, not only my pain symptom.
As I continued my care, not only did the pain subside, but I began to learn from Dr. Aixa about the overall health benefits of chiropractic, getting to the root of other health problems, not simply treating symptoms or just back pain. I came to see my treatment as wellness care, not just trying to get rid of my pain and from there, I never looked back.
Through Dr. Aixa’s patient and passionate guidance, I learned about optimal nutrition, whole food supplementation, exercise plans, the benefits of massage and acupuncture and gained a trusted and respected “team member” along the way. I say team member because it always felt like Dr. Aixa was on my team, helping me find ways to be my best self.
Never was that more true than when we were faced with fertility issues. After trying to conceive for around 2 years, my husband and I were told by fertility doctors that we would never conceive naturally. Being told we would need IVF, fertility drugs, and still not have much chance of being successful was devastating to us but after seeing a close family member go down that road, I was adamant it wasn’t for us. Cue Dr. Aixa. As well as being a compassionate listening ear, she helped us to form a plan for taking care of ourselves and optimizing our own health. Within 6 months, we conceived naturally, no drugs, no invasive procedures, just real health care.
Of course, I trusted my pregnancy care to Dr. Aixa, continuing chiropractic and massage throughout and when our little one arrived, she became part of the chiro family, too! Who else would I trust with the most precious bundle of joy?
She’s now a healthy, thriving 3 year old who has had regular chiropractic care since she was born. Her “doctor set” even includes a toy “chiropractic clicker” and she will happily tell anyone who asks that she’s “pretending to be a chiropractor to keep people healthy”. Our choices for her, and ourselves are healthier, more conscious and we live a purposeful, happy, healthy life thanks to everything I learned, and continue to learn from Dr.A!”

“I was a little scared since I had never been to a chiropractor. Being hit by a car hurts and I only imagined the therapy to be worse. But I love it! I originally came with pain in my entire left leg, neck and back. I had swelling, soreness, and could barely walk. I left the ER with oxycodone and ibuprofen prescriptions. That’s all.
